About the property
Designed by self-taught architect Florent Moser, Le Petit Madrier takes its name from a Swiss chalet owned by his family. The project aimed to create an elevated, airy home with a central volume reduced in scale to allow for a continuous wraparound terrace. The extended roof provides shade, protecting the interior from the summer sun while letting in low-angled winter rays to naturally warm the space. This same attention to detail is reflected in the interior design, offering a deep sense of intimacy with the surrounding beauty. An ingeniously raised bed allows guests to enjoy panoramic views while lying down. Le Petit Madrier invites guests to embark on a journey of discovery, offering a contemplative and rejuvenating retreat.
